Help a school in fight against ACLU

NEWS: The communistic ACLU is at it again. They have threatened a lawsuit against a school in Rhode Island if a prayer, mounted on the wall since 1958, isn't changed. (Prayer is listed below.)

Officials of the school district say they cannot afford to fight the ACLU, which objects to the religious references and will likely give in to the ACLU. All this does it let the ACLU win without even a fight. In actually court battles, the ACLU has a growing trend of losing. We should not give in to intimidation!

WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT: The school committee is scheduled to take action August 16. You can contact Cranston High School West and express your encouragement to keep the prayer in the school and to not give in to the ACLU. You can call the main office at: (401)270-8049, or e-mail them at: or write them at:
Cranston High School West
80 Metropolitan Avenue
Cranston, RI 02920
Here is the prayer in question:
"Our Heavenly Father,Grant us each day the desire to do our best,To grow mentally and morally as well as physically,To be kind and helpful to our classmates and teachers,To be honest with ourselves as well as with others.Help us to be good sports and smile when we lose as well as when we win.Teach us the value of true friendship.Help us always to conduct ourselves so as to bring credit to Cranston High School West.Amen"
