The Army of 7,000

God and Country Ministry is excited to announce a new program called "The Army of 7,000." It is a group of Christians part of a minuteman style quick-reaction force. When an e-mail alert is sent, they take action on it by contacting their legislators.

If 7,000 Christians per state become "active duty" and contact their legislators on a topic, they could stop or get the needed votes to pass any law in their state.

The name of the group comes from the Biblical account of Elijah. He felt alone when fighting against the evil that had taken over his country, but God encouraged him in I Kings 19:18 by saying, "Yet I have left me 7,000 in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal..." There are other faithful Christians who are willing to stand up and be counted. You can be one of them by joining The Army of 7,000.

Unlike "News & What You Can Do About It" (the page you're on now) e-mail alerts for "The Army of 7,000" will be automatically sent to those who have 'enlisted.' You can join The Army of 7,000 by clicking here.
