VOTE KENTUCKY is offering a simple voter registration “kit” at no cost for churches and nonprofit organizations. Instructions as to how to facilitate a nonpartisan “Registration Sunday” are included in each kit. All a church needs is a copying machine and a few volunteers . You can request a kit by calling (859)255-5400 or visit http://www.votekentucky.us/.
Because the last day to register and be eligible to vote in this Fall’s elections is Monday, Oct. 4, it is highly recommend that you hold your “Registration Sunday” in September.
